Strap in, astronaut wannabe! Your mission: tune the rocket ship using the controls at the bottom. Try to minimize the total average Trajectory Error and Fuel Efficiency shown in the lower left. The green line is your target trajectory.
Switch to Manual control by clicking the AUTO button, then drag the thrust up and down. Flip gravity ON or OFF with the GRAV button. (Note: Disabling gravity or Auto mode disables scoring.)
This isn’t your typical PID loop so your favorite tuning rules won’t apply. Lean on the fundamentals, and with the right approach, you’ll quickly have the rocket flying on-target... at least until one of those celestial bodies throws you for a loop.
